Refund policy

Exchanges and Refunds:

Returns or exchanges may be done within 14 days from the original purchase date. To exchange or refund an item, Linen & Fold requires the article to be unworn, unaltered, clean, tags on, and in its original condition.

Linen & Fold does not accept returns on intimate items (undergarments, bathsuits), jewellery, or bath & body items. Sale items & second-hand pieces are non-refundable and excluded from any return or exchange.

If you purchased something online and would like to have it returned or exchanged, please connect Linen & Fold by email at dawnmarie@linenandfold.com to start the process. Shipping fees for a return or exchange are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Items out of stock:

At Linen&Fold, we work hard to keep our inventory up to date at all times. However, errors occur occasionally, and item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item you ordered is not available, you will be notified via email and given a full refund.
